Sold our First E-Bay Item!
I feel like an American! ha-ha! The Masons sold an item on Ebay today! You would have been so proud of me. I received a gift that we wouldn't use so instead of putting it downstairs to collect cobwebs---we decided to sell it on E-Bay! Yes! Sold it within hours! Maybe after I find some unwanted treasures-maybe we can sell some more! Amen! Baby steps to being a clutter-free bug!! :-) Double Smile from me!
Someone Else checking out my Treasures!
It's been going on for a year or two--we have someone on our road-lost soul-that has been taking treasures that do not belong to him. Well it finally hit us last week-yes it was just a tank full of gas taken. My hubby called the police-you may be saying why all that just for a tank of gas-well we don't want it to be a taste test for this guy for something bigger. Mr. B has hit everyone around us with some serious stuff stolen at some places. He was scouting out the place this am-I think-kept walking by the houses today and I was wondering what and whose treasures he is checking out. We know who this guy is and please pray for him and his addictions-the devil has a strong hold on him. Pray for the safety of our family and kind neighbors too!
Please look at the verse below in HIDDEN TREASURES post earlier today--funny I choose that one!

Hidden Treasures!
I am excited to start my closet I really am-All the Christmas boxes are out and some of the last presents go out today! Yeah!! I can reach the towels!! My girls and I have started talking about the Hidden Treasures we might find in the closet? Is it a lost note I needed a long time ago, money in a card from a previous birthday, a precious picture from one of my children. I need a scrap book just for all those cute pictures. I'm sure that I will have a treasure in a clean and organized closet!!! I look forward to sharing my Heavenly Treasures! Have a Great Day!

I'm Weird and Proud of IT!!!
Yes, it was a Merry Christmas for my Family. God is Good! The special part is that we did not run around as much this year and stayed home more so we could focus on what Christmas is really about! I am so thankful we did this and will try harder next year to "Tweak" the schedule even more. We did take a trip to visit friends and family -so nice to be with loved ones. It was brought to my attention that I was weird for "Pushing Jesus" in my Christmas Letter. I was so shocked at that comment coming from a Christmas Celebrating family. In my letter I just encouraged folks to read the Book of Luke-it has the Christmas Story in it! Yes, I was Not prepared for the comment-I'm sure so many of you could of handled the response in a much better way. It did encourage great conversation in the car for the Hubby and I-how so many people celebrate Christmas without Jesus..so sad. I am learning the more I talk about God outside of the normal church time some people really think it is out of the norm. God prepared me for this trip in a devotion that said I will be persecuted for my beliefs-even from folks so close to me. The other verse that was on my heart during this night of questioning was "I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the Power of God unto Salvation to every that believeth." Romans 1:16 Bible Memorization is an amazing tool! All night long this verse covered my negative thoughts-So Thank you AWANAS!!! Its hard to hear the words and see the smirks from loved ones so dear but I am still me and if that includes being Weird then so be it! I'm Weird and Proud of it!
Oh the Places we'll go Next Christmas! Ho-Ho-Ho!

The Spirit of Christmas!
Wow! I am blessed everyday -but the spirit of Christmas hit me and the daughters like a God Smack (my friend Tiffany calls it). First we got to visit with Dad last night and went to see Christmas lights and take it easy. My oldest Daughter noticed how nice it was just to relax with no rushing. We snuggled up to a Little House on the Praire Christmas Special, had lunch and took our time coming home. We went through town and surprise we saw the man in the red suit waving to the people in the street. So next thing we knew we got a ride on a carriage with Santa and Mrs. Claus!!! Rudolph was not available so Frank the horse took us for a ride around Rocky Mount. Did I mention the sweet Picture we had taken-so great! I was already appreciating the God Smack and recalling the joy of my kids faces riding with Santa when I got home and we saw that my sweet hubby put wheels on my new cabinet I purchased at a fundraiser at my daughter's school. Tears are clouding my eyes, cause this is answer to prayer to needed space in my kitchen. I have a place where my daughters can work on Christmas Cookies! A Huge Praise!!!! They are becoming such good cooks and helpers in the kitchen-now we will all be working together as a team without being on top of each other. To top it off my daughter Mackenzie says mom I experienced the spirit of Christmas today! Ok Where's the Kleenex-all I can say is Thank you and PRICELESS!

The Christmas Closet
The Christmas Closet! I see it everyday! All day long-I would like to avoid it but its lurking in the dark trenches of the world.. yes its my walk in closet-We are working on our basement to put in a ceiling and heat in where I usually store my presents for the season...but Yikes..another Life Force has taken over upstairs. If you want a towel honey-your have to be my height of 6'2 to get it cause all the boxes are there! I will confess its just not Christmas, don't tell anyone, its clothes I need to take to the Good Will, papers from school I need to file from the precious children, cleats I want to take to second hand store for resale, ok one more its the storage for the pile that was on the dining room table that needed a home ASAP. It is the beginning of my mission to take my obedience to God to the next level. I need accountability to the things God is asking me to do. I can't take a picture of "it" cause of sheer embarrassment-however I am going to put it on my COMPANY's COMIN' goal for the week. I get moving soo much better if I know Company's Coming so on January 5th I will post a picture of my closet for all to see. God wants us to have order in our homes so we can have order Spiritually. There are so many areas I need improvement over it gets overwhelming so I am starting to journal them for Clarity! I am spiritually wired to organize events but soo challenged and lack in the training and passion to organize areas of my physical home. Please keep me in your prayers as I will do for the moms out there who need an extra push. Thank you and God Bless the moms who are already there, we would appreciate you help and support with this task!
Picture is soon coming!
